Severe Weather Warning

The Governors and Staff will do their utmost to ensure that the school remains open in severe weather conditions. However, if we cannot maintain sufficient staffing levels (teachers, TAs, Mid-day assistants, office staff) due to problems with travel, we will have to close either for the whole day or part of the day. A text message will be sent to all contacts.  We will endeavour to make a decision by 7.30am.

 

We will also up date the scrolling bar on the website with information of any closures.  if you are unsure if the school will be open and you have not received a text, as this will be updated immediately that the decision to close or open later is made.

 

Announcements will also be made on local radio (Radio Leeds)

 

We do ask that your children come to school with warm clothes, sensible shoes and wellingtons and outer clothing, especially during this period of particularly cold weather.
